Este aviso cubre el sitio web, tu cuenta de Perxal y todo nuestro software de audio para computadora: los plugins y las herramientas que vendemos desde aquí, Planes incluido. Las aplicaciones Zorenth para teléfono tienen su propia sección, la 8. El aviso sirve a la vez como aviso de privacidad integral de la LFPDPPP en México y como la información del artículo 13 del RGPD para quienes compran desde Europa. El texto vinculante es el inglés; el español es traducción de cortesía y es la versión que se muestra al titular en México.This notice covers the website, your Perxal account and all our audio software for the computer: the plug-ins and tools we sell here, Planes included. The Zorenth phone apps have their own section, Section 8. It serves both as the comprehensive privacy notice required by the Mexican LFPDPPP and as the Article 13 information required by the GDPR for buyers in Europe. The binding text is the English one; the Spanish version is a courtesy translation and is the version shown to data subjects in Mexico.

Nuestros plugins y herramientas de audio funcionan por completo en tu computadora. No llaman a ningún servidor, no se reportan y no nos envían nada: ni uso, ni estadísticas, ni informes de fallos. Si algún producto llegara a conectarse a internet, se dirá en su página y aquí. Los únicos datos personales que tenemos de ti son los que nos diste para comprar una licencia y para recibir soporte: tu nombre, tu correo electrónico y tu número de pedido.Our audio plug-ins and tools run entirely on your computer. They do not call home, do not check in with a server, and send us nothing — not usage, not statistics, not crash reports. If any product ever connects to the internet, its page and this notice will say so. The only personal data we hold about you is what you gave us to buy a license and to get support: your name, your email address and your order number.

2. Qué datos tratamos y para qué2. What we hold, and why

No tenemos tus datos de pago. Las compras pasan por nuestro comercio de registro Lemon Squeezy Ltd: ellos cobran, ven los datos de la tarjeta y emiten la factura, bajo su propio aviso de privacidad. Nosotros vemos sólo quién compró y qué pedido fue.We do not hold your payment details. Purchases go through our reseller Lemon Squeezy Ltd, who is the merchant of record: they take the payment, see the card data and issue the invoice, under their own privacy policy. We see only who bought and which order it was.

3. Sobre la huella de máquina3. About the machine fingerprint

Si tu licencia está atada a una computadora, esa computadora se identifica con un hash, no con su identidad. El producto lee el identificador de plataforma del sistema operativo, lo combina con una sal propia de ese producto, le aplica SHA-512 y conserva 128 bits del resultado. Lo que guardamos se ve así: 4cba3cc9197c4d055bef9ce817c57d72.If your license is tied to one computer, that computer is identified by a hash, not by its identity. The product reads the operating system’s platform identifier, combines it with a salt specific to that product, hashes it with SHA-512 and keeps 128 bits of the result. What we store looks like 4cba3cc9197c4d055bef9ce817c57d72.

El identificador original nunca se guarda, ni se muestra, ni se transmite. El hash no se puede revertir, no identifica nada fuera del producto que lo generó y es distinto para la misma computadora en otro producto. No nos dice número de serie, ni cuenta de usuario, ni ubicación, ni nada de tu hardware.The raw platform identifier is never stored, displayed or transmitted. The hash cannot be turned back into it, identifies nothing outside the product that generated it, and is different for the same computer in a different product. It tells us no serial number, no user account, no location and nothing about your hardware.

Eres tú quien nos lo envía: lo lees en el plugin y lo escribes en tu cuenta de perxal.com para activar una computadora. El producto nunca lo transmite por su cuenta, porque no transmite nada.You are the one who sends it to us: you read it in the plug-in and type it into your perxal.com account to activate a computer. The product never transmits it by itself, because it does not transmit anything.

4. Lo que se queda en tu computadora y nunca nos llega4. What stays on your computer and never reaches us

• Tu archivo de licencia, en tu carpeta de usuario.Your license file, in your user folder.
• Tus preferencias del producto, como la piel, la escala de la interfaz o qué guías ya descartaste. Ningún identificador. En Planes son el archivo settings.bin.Your product preferences, such as the skin, the interface scale and which guides you have already dismissed. No identifiers. In Planes these live in settings.bin.
• Todo lo relativo a tu audio. Nuestro software procesa y mide en memoria y no escribe nada sobre tus sesiones, tus pistas ni tu música, en ningún lado.Everything about your audio. Our software processes and measures in memory and writes nothing about your sessions, your tracks or your music, anywhere.

5. Quién más ve tus datos5. Who else sees your data

• Lemon Squeezy Ltd, el comercio de registro, como se explicó arriba.Lemon Squeezy Ltd, our reseller, as described above.
• Cloudflare, Inc., que aloja perxal.com, tu cuenta y la base de datos donde quedan registradas tu licencia y sus activaciones. Trata esos datos por instrucción nuestra y para ningún fin propio.Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts perxal.com, your account and the database where your licence and its activations are recorded. It processes that data on our instructions and for no purpose of its own.
• Nuestro proveedor de correo, en la medida en que un correo tuyo reposa en un servidor de correo, como cualquier correo.Our email provider, to the extent an email you send us sits on a mail server, as with any email.
• Una autoridad, si la ley nos obliga y no podemos negarnos legalmente.An authority, if the law obliges us and we cannot lawfully refuse.

No vendemos tus datos, no los rentamos, no los compartimos para publicidad, no te perfilamos y no tomamos decisiones automatizadas sobre ti. No hay lista de correo; si algún día la hay, será con tu alta expresa y aparte de esto.We do not sell your data, do not rent it, do not share it for advertising, do not profile you and do not make automated decisions about you. There is no mailing list: if we ever start one, it will be opt-in and separate from this.

6. Dónde están tus datos6. Where your data lives

Nosotros estamos en México, y tu registro de licencia vive en la infraestructura distribuida de Cloudflare, que lo sirve desde la ubicación suya más cercana. Si compras desde el Espacio Económico Europeo o el Reino Unido, tus datos salen de ahí. México no tiene decisión de adecuación europea, así que te lo decimos claro: la garantía es este aviso y el contrato entre nosotros, guardamos el mínimo necesario para emitir y sostener una licencia, y puedes pedirnos que lo borremos cuando quieras, según el punto 9.We are in Mexico, and your licence record lives on Cloudflare’s distributed infrastructure, which serves it from their nearest location. If you buy from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, your data therefore leaves it. Mexico is not covered by a European adequacy decision, so we tell you plainly: the safeguard is this notice and the contract between us, we hold the minimum needed to issue and support a license, and you can ask us to delete it under Section 9 at any time.

7. El sitio web, tu cuenta y las cookies7. The website, your account and cookies

Cuando nos escribes por el formulario de contacto recogemos tu nombre, tu correo y, si lo indicas, tu organización, para responderte. Del uso del sitio sólo obtenemos datos técnicos agregados y anónimos, como páginas vistas y tipo de dispositivo.When you write to us through the contact form we collect your name, your email and, if you give it, your organization, in order to reply. From site usage we obtain only aggregated, anonymous technical data, such as pages viewed and device type.

Si abres una cuenta en perxal.com/account, guardamos tu correo, tus licencias y las huellas de las máquinas que autorizaste. No hay contraseña: entras con un enlace de un solo uso enviado a tu correo, y la sesión queda guardada en tu navegador. Esos datos viven en la base de datos de Cloudflare que sostiene el servicio.If you open an account at perxal.com/account, we store your email, your licences and the fingerprints of the machines you authorised. There is no password: you sign in with a single-use link sent to your email, and the session is stored in your browser. That data lives in the Cloudflare database that runs the service.

Usamos una cookie técnica para mantener tu sesión iniciada, y guardamos tu preferencia de idioma en el almacenamiento local de tu navegador, que nunca se envía a ningún servidor y puedes borrar desde la configuración del navegador.This site uses no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use one technical cookie to keep you signed in, and we store your language preference in your browser’s local storage, which is never sent to a server and can be cleared from your browser settings.

8. Las aplicaciones Zorenth8. The Zorenth apps

Los instrumentos Zorenth —Harmonious, Cristal, Aether, Aether Bell y Roads— funcionan sin conexión: la síntesis, las escalas y las piezas se calculan en tu teléfono. No hay cuenta de usuario, ni publicidad, ni analítica, ni identificador de dispositivo. Lo que sigue vale igual para las cinco.The Zorenth instruments — Harmonious, Cristal, Aether, Aether Bell and Roads — work offline: synthesis, scales and pieces are computed on your phone. There is no user account, no advertising, no analytics and no device identifier. What follows applies equally to all five.

Lo único que sale del teléfono es una toma que decidas publicar en la galería, y solo cuando lo pides expresamente:The only thing that leaves the phone is a take you choose to publish to the gallery, and only when you explicitly ask for it:

• Qué se envía: el título que le pusiste, de qué instrumento salió, el nombre de la escala, la frecuencia de referencia y los eventos de nota (momento, grado, intensidad y posición). No se envía audio, ni tu nombre, ni tu correo, ni ningún identificador tuyo.What is sent: the title you gave it, which instrument it came from, the scale name, the reference frequency and the note events (time, degree, intensity and position). No audio is sent, nor your name, your email, or any identifier of yours.
• Compartir no es publicar: un enlace compartido lleva la toma dentro de la propia dirección y no pasa por ningún servidor nuestro.Sharing is not publishing: a shared link carries the take inside the address itself and never passes through any server of ours.
• Toda toma publicada queda en una cola de revisión y solo aparece en perxal.com/zorenth/tunes si se aprueba. Para retirar una ya publicada, escribe a support@perxal.com.Every published take goes into a review queue and only appears at perxal.com/zorenth/tunes if approved. To withdraw one already published, write to support@perxal.com.
• Para evitar abusos guardamos un hash con sal e irreversible de la dirección de red de quien publica. No sirve para identificar a nadie y no puede convertirse de vuelta en una dirección.To prevent abuse we store a salted, irreversible hash of the network address of whoever publishes. It cannot identify anyone and cannot be turned back into an address.

Las compras dentro de la aplicación las gestiona Google Play. Nosotros no vemos ni almacenamos tus datos de pago.In-app purchases are handled by Google Play. We neither see nor store your payment details.

9. Cuánto tiempo conservamos tus datos9. How long we keep it

• Tu registro de licencia (nombre, correo, pedido, huella): mientras tu licencia sea válida, porque reemitirla es justo para lo que lo necesitamos.Your license record (name, email, order, fingerprint): while your license is valid, because reissuing it is exactly what we need it for.
• Registros de facturación: cinco años, que es la conservación contable que nos exige la ley fiscal mexicana.Invoicing records: five years, which is the accounting retention Mexican tax law requires of us.
• Correos de soporte: dos años, y se borran.Support emails: two years, then deleted.
• Tras un reembolso: el registro de licencia se borra en 30 días, salvo lo que la obligación de facturación anterior nos obligue a conservar.After a refund: the license record is deleted within 30 days, except what the invoicing obligation above requires us to keep.

10. Tus derechos ARCO y equivalentes10. Your rights

Puedes pedirnos acceder a los datos que tenemos de ti, rectificarlos si están mal, cancelarlos (borrarlos) y oponerte a que los usemos, además de pedir una copia portable. En México son los derechos ARCO de la LFPDPPP; bajo el RGPD son los artículos 15 a 22. También puedes revocar cualquier consentimiento que hayas dado, sin que eso afecte lo hecho lícitamente antes.You can ask us to access the data we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, delete it, or object to or restrict what we do with it, and ask for a copy of it in a portable form. In Mexico these are the ARCO rights under the LFPDPPP; under the GDPR they are Articles 15 to 22. You can also withdraw any consent you gave, without that affecting what we did lawfully beforehand.

Escribe a support@perxal.com desde la dirección con la que compraste, o dinos tu número de pedido. Contestamos dentro de 20 días hábiles, que es el plazo de la LFPDPPP, y normalmente mucho antes. No cobramos por esto.Write to support@perxal.com from the address you bought with, or tell us your order number. We answer within 20 business days, which is the LFPDPPP deadline, and usually much sooner. We do not charge for this.

Borrar tu registro de licencia significa que ya no podremos reemitir tu archivo. Te lo diremos antes de hacerlo, y puedes guardar tú una copia del archivo.Deleting your license record means we can no longer reissue your license file. We will say so before we do it, and you can keep a copy of the file yourself.

Si crees que manejamos mal tus datos, puedes acudir al INAI en México (inai.org.mx) o, en el Espacio Económico Europeo o el Reino Unido, a la autoridad de control del país donde vives. Preferimos que nos escribas primero.If you think we handled your data badly, you can complain to the INAI in Mexico (inai.org.mx) or, in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, to the supervisory authority of the country where you live. We would rather you wrote to us first.

11. Seguridad11. Security

Tu licencia y sus activaciones quedan registradas en la base de datos que está detrás de perxal.com, con acceso restringido y cifrado en tránsito. Las licencias se firman en el servidor con una clave guardada como secreto de la plataforma: no está en ninguna computadora de uso diario, no se envía a ningún lado y se respalda aparte y sin conexión. No tenemos ningún dato de pago, así que no hay ninguno que perder. Ningún sistema es perfecto; si una brecha llegara a afectar tus datos, te lo diríamos a ti y a las autoridades, como exige la ley.Your licence and its activations are recorded in the database behind perxal.com, with restricted access and encryption in transit. Licences are signed on the server with a key held as a platform secret: it is on no everyday computer, is never sent anywhere, and is backed up separately and offline. We hold no payment data at all, so there is none to lose. No system is perfect; if a breach ever affected your data we would tell you and the authorities, as the law requires.

12. Menores12. Children

Nuestro software de audio es profesional y no está dirigido a menores. No recabamos a sabiendas datos de personas menores de 16 años.Our audio software is professional and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

13. Cambios13. Changes

Si este aviso cambia, la versión nueva se publica en esta misma dirección con su fecha. Un cambio que afecte de forma importante el tratamiento de datos que ya tenemos se te avisará por correo.If this notice changes, the new version is published at this same address with its date. A change that materially affects how we treat data we already hold will be sent to you by email.
